Viewing some videos via plex, jellyfin, etc is not a good experience out of the box on Fedora.
To improve this, you just need to install ffmpeg.
First install RPM fusion repository, then install ffmpeg:
sudo dnf install ffmpeg
After restarting firefox the videos will be displayed smoothly.
